I'm a student, studying Computer Science at the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
Originally from East Tennessee, I came into the world in Greeneville, and largely grew up in Morristown. I grew up in a computer savvy household, and have been a technophile from a very early age. I've always had a passion for computing, and that fuels my studies and vocational interests.
I'm entering the software development/engineering field, and look forward to learn and develop my skill set. I'm familiar with a number of technology stacks, and I'm trying to gain exposure to a large variety of systems. Right now, I think I'm leaning towards front end development; though, I have some experience with database systems and server-side technologies. My professional interests include UX design and development and software product management.
My personal interests are somewhat eccentric. I enjoy public speaking; I think I'm a pretty decent orator. I've been slowly learning Italian. I have a passion for design and architecture, and am something of an aesthete. I've always had an interest in psychology, as well. I love to read. I love a good mystery or thriller.
As do we all, I hope to learn, adapt, and grow into a better person. Hopefully, I'll accomplish that.
